That included the leveling repairs to our driveway; resurfacing the stairs down into our front yard from the street; resurfacing the sidewalk from those stairs to our front door; the installation of metal fencing & a handrail down the side-of-the-house stairs going from our front yard to the lower-level backyard; the eliminating of a tripping hazard by raising the sidewalk section from our kitchen door stairs to the side-of-the-house stairs; repairing cracks in the cement walls; replacement of the landscape timber edging around our outside storage shed; and the filling of the sink-hole adjacent to our carport slab.
Your crews covered the whole range of different tasks in a very prompt, friendly, wanting-to-please manner. The different crews willingly answered any questions we had about what was being done and explained what the options were and the reasons why the route they chose was our best option.
The friendly manner in which you, Angelo, regularly came by to oversee the work and to see if we had any questions or concerns was greatly appreciated and it made the whole operation stress free.

“We called in Midas to repair a built in sundeck that sits over the garage. Over the years several attempts to repair leakage problems had met with limited success.
It proved difficult to find a contractor who was interested in the project and who could offer a firm quotation and plan to permanently resolve the problem, then we found Angelo.
Angelo came up with a plan immediately and quickly offered up a quotation for the deck problem and for some other work that needed to be performed.
The project was completed in an expeditious manner and Angelo personally inspected the project as it progressed.
Angelo was always easy to work with and always returned calls promptly. We are pleased with the work and now we finally have a beautiful useable sundeck that doesn’t leak into the garage, a rebuilt porch deck and new barge boards around the house that replace the old warped boards.
